We guarantee to check all our dispatches. Ties, cufflinks and tie bars are rigorously inspected during the preparation of your order. All our products are guaranteed according to the regulations in France and in the European Union. In the case of a problem, please let us know as quickly as possible so we may find a solution together. We treat our clients individually. At Cravate Avenue, you are not a number!

Satisfaction or Your Money Back

Our customer charter is simple, if, in spite of our efforts, you are not fully satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it to us.

You will be reimbursed at 100% of the value of the item. (Shipping charges are never reimbursed)

Once you have returned your order and it has been received by our Returns Department, allow 15 days for the reimbursement.

If you paid by cheque, we will send you a cheque.

If you paid by debt/credit card, we will credit your card.

Reminder on returns or reimbursement:  

7 days from the date of receipt.

Return product by recorded delivery against signature.

Return product in its original packing, including the delivery packing.

Attach a copy of the invoice, ensure your name, address, telephone number and order number are written on it.

Returns are at your own expense.

Shipping charges, if invoiced are not reimbursed.

Extract from the General Conditions of Sale:

In accordance with Article L121-16 of the "Code de la Consommation" (Consumer Act), the client has a period of seven working days from the date of receipt of order to return products to Cravate Avenue sarl for exchange or reimbursement, without penalties, with the exception of return charges.

Reimbursements are made within 15 days of receipt of the products returned.

If you are returning merchandise to Cravate Avenue sarl, please give us precise details of your name, address, date and order number and your telephone number.
